How does pricing work?
Start with a free CRM to store your contacts. Then buy VIZIQO Marketing (to grow), VIZIQO Assist (to support), or both. Costly channels — WhatsApp, SMS, voice and extra AI — are pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet.
What's free?
The CRM is free forever: store up to 500 contacts, capture leads with forms, and 1 user — no sending. It's the shared foundation both Marketing and Assist build on.
How is Marketing priced vs Assist?
Marketing is priced by the number of contacts (2,500 → 150,000). Assist is priced by agent seats plus a monthly bucket of included AI replies. They're separate products, so you only pay for the one(s) you use.
What is the Suite discount?
Run both Marketing and Assist and you get 20% off the cheaper of the two product lines — automatically, every month.
What counts as one "AI reply"?
One message the AI bot sends. Each Assist plan includes a monthly bucket (500 / 2,000 / 6,000). Replies beyond the bucket are ₹0.50 each from your wallet.
What is Ask AI, and is it an extra cost?
Ask AI is a centered ⌘K assistant your visitors open from your own button to get step-by-step, how-to answers — "how do I do X?" — grounded in the docs and guides you train it on. It's included with every Assist plan: a second way to surface the same bot and knowledge base. You only ever pay per AI reply, exactly like the chat bubble — there's no separate fee for the Ask AI surface.
How does the prepaid wallet work?
Top up the wallet, and pay-as-you-go usage (WhatsApp, SMS, voice, extra AI) is debited per send at your region's rate. You get a live month-to-date breakdown and a downloadable CSV in Billing settings, plus low-balance reminders.
What does "provider charges billed separately" mean?
For WhatsApp BYOC you pay Meta's conversation fees directly and Viziqo charges only a small platform fee. Carrier fees for SMS/voice when you bring your own provider are billed by that provider, not Viziqo.
Do you support INR billing, and is there an annual discount?
Indian customers are billed in INR via Razorpay; international customers in USD/EUR/AUD via Stripe. Annual billing is ~20% off. All prices shown exclude 18% GST (India).
